Dr. Jayanth Vijayakumar is MCH Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who trained in kidney and pancreas transplantation in Seoul, Korea in the year 2015. As the visionary leader of his team, he was awarded the vascular alumni gold medal in the same year for his creativity and originality in the field of vascular surgery. He has paved the way towards futuristic thinking with his creation of a new technique for “Duplex Guided Angioplasty and Stenting” for renal compromised patients.

He’s committed to providing the highest quality of Vascular, Endovascular, and Transplant Surgery services. One of the pillars of LLH, he ensures that he has a talented team that’s efficient. He provides nothing but greatness to patients and the community. He envisions building a cohesive and proactive team to provide the best care and solutions. Dr. Anisha Ashok has a deep interest in laparoscopic surgery and general surgery, as well as training in surgical gastroenterology which she has started at the age of 23. Her will to succeed, relearn surgical skills and skilled mentorship from Professor Ashok Sundararaman ensured that she could reach new heights. Dr. Anisha Ashok is qualified to be a surgeon with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh awarding her “MRCS” (Edinburgh) for her skills.

As a woman in the medical field, Dr. Anisha Ashok has faced many challenges and obstacles. However, her determination and commitment powered her way to achieving success. She was awarded a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery “Ircad-Strasburg” and Fellow in Minimal Access Surgery by MGR Medical University. In addition to being qualified for Robotic Surgery, she received certification from the American College of Surgeons (FACS) as well as training in open and laparoscopic procedures, hernias, fundoplications, breast surgeries and haemorrhoids. Having been formally trained in pancreatic, stomach, and hepatobiliary surgeries at ASAN University (Korea – Seoul) has only added to her knowledge base. With the vast experience she’s acquired over a decade of time spent in this field, there’s nothing she can’t handle!
